For any return or exchange please:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order 
  • Send your item back to: Bonne, 62 Plateau Rd, Reservoir 3073
  • Ensure you choose a trackable delivery method for your return, Bonne will not be accountable for any lost or stolen packages.
Faulty or Damaged Goods

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products so we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Please inspect your order on receipt and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as possible.

Once we have received your damaged or faulty goods we will arrange a replacement or a refund. 

Change of Mind

While we hope you're happy with your purchase, sometimes it might not look right once you try it on, so its no problem to exchange it for something else of the same value or we can send you a store credit to spend later. If the product you want to exchange it for is of greater value we can send you an invoice for the difference.  Please note that we don't offer refunds if you change your mind.

Online Sales

All items on sale are final and not eligible for refund or exchange unless faulty or damaged.  If your sale item is faulty or damaged please notify us as soon as possible.
